Six of our LAX buses are equipped with Free Wifi for use with your laptop. You are welcome to use them aboard the bus. For the courtesy of other passengers, we recommend you use your cell phone only for necessity as constant talking on the phone can be irritating for other riders. |

I am in a wheelchair. Does SB Airbus provide assistance in helping me on and off of the bus? |

Yes, Santa Barbara Airbus is fully equipped to accommodate someone who is in a wheelchair. However, a 48-Hour advance reservation is required.

What if my plans change? Can I get a refund? |
| A: |
Refunds require 24-hr advance cancellation. There are no refunds on second half of a round trip. Non-refundable fares are still valid for one year and are transferable. Confirmation numbers must be retained for future use.

Can I take my dog or cat on board? |

Pets that can go in a small carrier under the seat and are FREE of charge. Larger dogs sit on the floor of the passenger seat and will be charged a passenger ticket. Pets require an advanced reservation.

No, smoking is not allowed on buses.

What about food or drinks? |
| A: |
You are welcome to eat and drink (except for alcoholic beverages) on the bus, however, Airbus does not serve food. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on buses.

Do you have car seats for babies or small children? |

No. Motor coaches are not required or equipped to have seat belts, therefore, a car seat could not be secured.

How many bags or luggage can I take aboard? |
| A: |
There is a two bag limit (plus small carry-on). Additional or oversize luggage will be taken for an excess baggage charge (if space available).
