Dear Loyal Airbus Passengers,
As of this morning, Friday, March 20, and after the latest government news on the spread of the Coronavirus in California, Airbus has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our LAX shuttle service effective Monday, March 23rd and until further notice. The thought of doing this is unimaginable and we did not make this decision lightly. We feel this is the right decision to ensure the safety of our employees, our passengers and our community. We are committed to getting through this challenging time together and resuming our shuttle service as quickly and appropriately as possible.
Our hearts are heavy with this decision and our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone afflicted by the spread of this disease.
We will continue to be reachable via telephone at this time between the hours of 8am and 4pm. To avoid the potential risk of spreading the virus, we kindly ask that you do not come to our office. Rest assured; any LAX reservation that is not canceled under our normal cancellation policy will be honored as a credit for future travel.
We hope that each of you are staying safe and healthy, and we look forward to having you back on the bus soon.
With all our appreciation,
Santa Barbara Airbus
