Today on my ride from LAX to Santa Barbara , Carlos provided attentiveness and it was appreciated he specifically mentioned to be respectful of use of phones and computers including mention of pings and noises from devices. This made an important difference as on some other trips these thorough requests have been lacking and nearby passengers needed to heed that information. Always my SB Airbus experiences over the decades have been pleasant.

SB Airbus has incredible customer service. I have had to reschedule shuttle reservations multiple times, and they consistently help me sort out whatever situation comes up. The staff is also very friendly on the phone.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the driver on my daughter’s recent round-trip between Goleta and LAX. She traveled on March 17th and returned very late on March 25th. The driver was so incredibly kind to her. They arrived back in Goleta really late on Friday night and she was the only passenger left on board. He waited with her until her Uber arrived to take her back to campus; it was 1:15am. Thank you for making her feel safe and thank you for being so nice to her. I am so grateful for people like you in this world, and thank you SB Airbus for hiring wonderful drivers!

My daughter is 14 and just returned from her trip to Washington DC with her school. One of the first things she told us on her return was how wonderful Charlie the driver was. He helped everyone with their bags, he was entertaining, he was safe, he communicated well to his audience. Most important of all, she sensed that he cared!

Everything from booking to delivery to LAX was so streamlined! The young lady at the desk at the main office and the bus driver were both exceptionally professional and engaging this morning!

I’ve been on a few trips with SBA over the years, and they’ve all been worth the money – terrific staff, great trips, clean, comfortable transportation. I’m a retired woman with a small income, so these are always “once in a while” trips. We used to drive to LA for Dodgers games, but SBA is worth the money. The seats in the park are great – second tier above home plate; unless you have season tickets, you can’t do better (and you may not even do that well!). The trips to places like Hearst Castle are great, too (I had a REALLY fun time on that trip). We used to drive to Dodger Stadium, but no more! Now when we drive back to Santa Barbara after a game, we’re always rested and happy, and we had a GREAT time! SBA asked me what I think about them; as you can see, I think they walk on water and don’t leave tracks!
By the way, if you’re not an old fogey like I am, but are considering a SBA trip, I guarantee you’ll enjoy whatever trip you’ll take. We’re all folks who’re traveling with SBA because we want to have a good time!

Steve was wonderful. Drive was excellent. Helped that he knew where to go due to traffic. Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent drivers! Everybody is very helpful, the ride is comfortable & with all required amenities, including Wi-Fi and a clean bathroom! Will definitely be using your services when we are next headed to the airport! Congratulations!

Hawk did an amazing job transporting my students to LA and back again. The traffic was brutal, there and back again, so we took HWY 1. He pointed out scenic and famous sites like Beyoncé’s house (kids loved that) and made the trip safe and enjoyable.

I started using the Airbus when I moved to the Santa Barbara area in the 1980s. All my experiences have always been 5 star…or more! And, I’m including the trips I’ve made on the Airbus that have nothing to do with getting to and from LAX!

The driver really made the drive to be a pleasure. Bus was great – new and comfortable, and on time.
