Parties of 2 or more receive a volume discount per rider. Tickets booked 48 hours in advance receive an early booking discount.

Tickets canceled 24 hours or more in advance can be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will be saved to your account as a credit, which must be used within one year.

As of 12/1:
Proceed to the LOWER level of LAX (exiting Baggage Claim), look for Orange Signs that say “Shared Rides”- Terminal 1: Downstairs pickup is closed. Please proceed to the Orange “Shared Rides” sign at Terminal 2.
- Tom Bradley International Terminal: Downstairs pickup remains closed. Please proceed to any other terminal’s Orange “Shared Rides” sign.
- Terminal 5: Downstairs pickup is closed. Please proceed to another terminal’s Orange “Shared Rides” sign.
- Terminal 6: Downstairs pickup is closed. Please proceed to another terminal’s Orange “Shared Rides” sign.

However, due to factors beyond our control—such as geographical coverage gaps, network congestion, or technological limitations—Wi-Fi service may occasionally be slow, unstable, or unavailable during portions of the trip.
Please note that Wi-Fi connectivity is not guaranteed and may vary throughout the journey. As this service is complimentary and subject to availability, Santa Barbara Airbus does not offer refunds due to Wi-Fi interruptions or outages.

All of our coaches either “kneel” toward the curb, have stairs that slide down to the curb, or have step stools on board. If your group requires wheelchair-lift accommodations, please notify your booking agent so proper arrangements can be made.

We are happy to transport your scooter on a full-size 56-passenger bus. Scooters must weigh 600 lbs or less and measure no more than 31.5 inches wide and 48 inches long.

Santa Barbara Airbus is pleased to welcome pets aboard! We understand that pets are family, and we’re happy to include them in your journey.
- Small Dogs (25 lbs or less): Ride free in a secure carrier that fits under your seat or on your lap.
- Cats: Ride free in a carrier placed under your seat.
- Large Dogs (over 25 lbs): Are welcome with the purchase of a passenger fare. Large dogs must remain on the floor in the window seat next to their owner.
- Registered Service Animals: Ride free of charge with appropriate documentation.
All pets must remain under the supervision of their owner at all times and must travel inside the cabin with you.
